3月8日，遼寧電科院圓滿完成華能營口電廠2×300兆瓦和2×600兆瓦機組除塵器改造前性能測試試驗工作。

隨著火電廠污染物排放新標準的出臺，各發電企業抓緊了環保設備改造工作。遼寧電科院把握機遇，積_開展除塵器性能試驗，旨在為電廠節能減排作貢獻。

此次試驗，遼寧電科院從改造前設備性能測試到設備改造可研報告編制，再到設備系統調試，為該廠提供了完整的鏈條服務，同時為后續的除塵器改造可研工作以及常規性能考試工作奠定了堅實基礎。

該項目試驗由于天氣惡劣，加之電力負荷時間緊，遼寧電科院技術人員克服困難，積_趕搶進度，放棄了吃飯和休息的時間，一天兩負荷測試，在3天時間內高質量的完成了所有測試試驗工作，受到了該廠領導的高度評價。
